ПодробнееVFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for Corporate Security Manager (Head of Department) in Belarus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational risk assessment of all Visa Application Centers in Belarus
- Create relevant processes required to implement Corporate Security Strategy and Policies
- Ensure compliance with VFS Global defined information security policies and procedures
- Plan & monitor security arrangements involving preparation of security plans, deployment & training of security personnel
- Assist in carrying out investigations/ Inquiries as mandated by the management
- BCP plans development and control
- Responsible for guard force management at all Visa Application Centers in Belarus
- Liaise and maintain relationships with Security service providers/ Vendors
- Ensure appropriate protective security awareness, training, and education programs are implemented to maintain high Security awareness levels among employees
- Maintain adequate vigilance and surveillance with continuous monitoring of the Security functioning of the VAC/ VFS Global centers
- Management of Incidents with prompt reporting and early closures with robust mitigation actions
Required knowledge and skills:
- Higher education (Technical / Information Technology / Legal)
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory documents related to Security measures and norms
- 5 years of work experience in Security / Compliance
- Good communication skills
