LeverX Group keeps on expanding new markets to promote its products and services, so we're scaling our Marketing team. We are looking for a Content Team Lead to join the marketing family.

Monthly, our copywriters contribute to the marketing strategy by delivering diverse content for European, American and Middle East customers .We don't write for the desk drawer, beauty, or ''for just to be done''. We research topics and collaborate with experts around the globe, business development, and digital teams worldwide! And we need you to lead the copywriters for success.

Are you an enthusiastic leader, ready to work with multinational teams and different time zones, and crazy about content marketing? You might be interested in collaborating with us.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage copywriting team’s workload and ensure on-time content delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional teams
  • Serve as a content liaison across different teams and stakeholders
  • Generate content strategy and monthly content plans for company projects
  • Act as a player-coach: Chapter leader is also a squad member and responsible for content creation and check.
  • Apply marketing research and analytics to help build an effective content strategy across different promotion channels
  • Generate and control content distribution activities and their effectiveness
  • Work with the digital team to build analytics dashboards to measure the content effectiveness and recommend which content types are worth investing in. Assisting with creating PR and Marketing materials, including press releases, news, brochures, booklets, and other marketing materials.
  • Contribute to content optimization for better performance

Requirements:

You are an ideal candidate to lead our content team if you:

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in IT copywriting
  • Proven team management skills. Min 1 year of experience in leading the team.
  • Have a strong command of English (C1). German/Polish would be an advantage
  • Are enthusiastic about researching IT-related topics and creating compelling content
  • Understand the pain points of B2B clients
  • Have excellent soft skills, including communication skills, time management, and the ability to structure the information and be well-organized.
  • Good knowledge and experience in content marketing or digital marketing overall
  • Readiness to multitasking environment and tight deadlines
