About the company:

Our products are sold online as well as offline. We are ready to move forward from current start-up stage to become a unicorn soon!”
Responsibilities:
- development of company strategy, organizational structure and budget
- recruiting of top managers (head of sales, marketing, collabs manager, etc.)
- becoming a leader for current and future team members
- operational day-to-day management
- P&L responsibility: increasing net profit as a result of effective revenues & costs management
- negotiations with contractors and other partners, improving terms of cooperation
- control over key business functions: HR (hiring top team members), sales, marketing, production, quality control, logistics, pricing, finance
- regular reporting to shareholders
Candidate requirements:
- quick decision-maker with entrepreneurial spirit and experience of launching businesses
- self starter highly motivated to excel
- outstanding Project, Process, Team management skills combined with systematic thinking
- ambitions to develop international business and conquer new markets backed by solid experience and results in the past
- former experience in international business development
- background in e-commerce and/or premium goods sales (watches, clothes, jewelry, art etc) as an advantage
- fluent English
