Business Development Manager (inDrive.Delivery)

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDrive app's downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in 650+ cities in 48 countries.

We are looking for BDM in the inDrive.Delivery team — last mile delivery service for restaurants, darkstores, online stores and marketplaces. The main task of this person is to influence the business growth indicators of the inDrive.Delivery, develop relationships with merchants and participate in product development.

What you'll do:

• Launch and development of new clients and partners
• Support of the full cycle of client connection: signing of the contract, support of integration, if necessary
• Search, attraction and development of business model for new logistics partners
• Organizational and administrative work with partners within the region of responsibility
• Coordination of the work of other departments in terms of supporting the launch of new clients or partners
• Full responsibility for the implementation of the company's plans and goals within the region of responsibility
• Participation in the formation of the company's development strategy
• Preparation of internal and external presentations

What we expect from you:

• Successful experience (at least 5 years) in project management, operations, e-commerce business management or delivery management as a business development manager, operations manager or project manager
• Experience in leading large projects
• Analytical skills
• Excellent skills of a team leader, negotiating with top officials of companies
• Experience in preparing and conducting presentations
• English C1+
