What you’ll do:
- E-2-E business-process modeling and decomposition of the requirement to Epic and User Story;
- Developing and management of functional requirements, use cases and detailed design specifications;
- Supporting Development and Quality Assurance teams and clarifying requirements on day to day basis;
- Working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to capture business requirements;
- Impact analysis and proposal of solution variants;
- Participating in project planning activities together with project managers, solution architects, and technical managers;
- Communicating with internal product teams to identify possible out of the box solutions and best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business or System Analyst, or any other position with similar responsibilities;
- Understanding of ERP systems and HR process specifics (desirable);
- Experience in direct communication with customer representatives;
- Knowledge of various SW development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
- Knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN / IDEF0 / EPC / UML);
- Analytical skills, excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English, both verbal and written;
- Experienced user of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
