ПодробнееResponsibilities:
- Monitoring the consumer’s perception about brand and products in social media, market research
- Supporting the Marketing Manager conducting impromptu brand training
- Providing training on new cross-functional tools, such as sales/marketing programs or trade marketing
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager, regional team and International HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, to align plans, share latest updates and insights
- Creating branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects
- Working closely with the Digital Manager to amplify the impact of advertising
- Control over the creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output
- Annual review of media planning and buying with the agency and international to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan
- Managing product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing functions and acts as the key contact for the Company HQ
- Preparing, together with the Marketing Manager, the annual plan and financial budgets/P&L in co-operation with the marketing and sales team
- Managing and maintaining the agreed budget
- Sustaining and strengthening the brand, successful execution of product and packaging launches
- Building a strong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with management and colleagues
- Strengthening agency service & client/agency relationships
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand marketing in international FMCG companies
- FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience
- Clear understanding of competitor and consumer markets
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
- Proactive and creative person with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Recommendation letters are obliged
