As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at our fintech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate program, developing strategies, and nurturing relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and activation of affiliates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of affiliates to ensure they meet established KPIs.

Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement strategies to expand the affiliate program and increase the number of partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze affiliate marketing performance data, including clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements in the affiliate program.
  • Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns.

Compliance and Contract Management:

  • Ensure that all affiliates adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations.
  • Manage affiliate contracts, negotiations, and commission structures.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any affiliate-related issues.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate marketing budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key affiliates and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and secure agreements that are mutually beneficial.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to achieving results.
