We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant / Financial Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

This position can be an ideal career starting point for those who aspire to develop in an international company. It offers flexible office hours and a part-time workload, making it suitable for students in their final years of study. We do not have formal work experience requirements. The key qualities we seek in a successful candidate are attention to detail, organizational skills, logical thinking, a good command of the English language, and proficient knowledge of office software.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Collect necessary data and prepare financial and managerial reports based on them for the management.
  • Conduct research and organize information as directed by management to support decision-making.
  • Assist sales and customer success teams in gathering necessary documents for contract agreements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all external contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain interaction between the sales department and the finance department, ensuring timely document flow and invoice payments.
  • Execute tasks assigned by top management and monitor their timely completion by other departments.
  • Conduct business correspondence in Russian and English languages for assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English is required.
