Я работаю в отделе продаж в должности менеджера уже несколько лет, и могу сказать, что это самое отвратительное место для работы! Моя заработная плата смешна, это просто оскорбление для всех наших усилий и достижений. Карьерный рост? Забудьте! Тут все остановилось на месте. Руководство полностью отрезало нас от ресурсов, не давая достаточно времени, денег и поддержки, чтобы достичь определенных результатов. Последствия этого – чрезмерная рабочая нагрузка и постоянный стресс. Корпоративная культура – это просто задушевная пустота, нет никакой командной работы и доверия. Постоянные дискриминационные высказывания и отсутствие обратной связи только усугубляют ситуацию. Я чувствую себя апатичным, разочарованным и полностью исчерпанным.
Работа в финансовом отделе этой компании – это просто кошмар! Я младший специалист, но заработная плата у меня одна из самых низких в отрасли. Нет никакого карьерного роста, и не вижу перспективы развития. Руководство полностью отвергает наши проблемы и предложения, создавая чувство недооцененности и разочарования. Отдел финансов страдает от нехватки ресурсов, мы постоянно работаем с устаревшим оборудованием и программным обеспечением, что приводит к падению нашей эффективности. Чрезмерная рабочая нагрузка стала нашей нормой, а рабочий баланс – пустым словом. Токсичная корпоративная культура и отсутствие обратной связи от руководства только ухудшают наше положение. Я измотан, раздражен и чувствую, что я просто забытый и неповременный офицер в этом бесполезном организационном аппарате.
Этот отдел маркетинга – абсолютная катастрофа! Я работаю здесь как старший менеджер, но карьерного роста у нас нет никакого. Заработная плата также ниже среднего, а учитывая ту работу, которую мы делаем, это просто обидно. Руководство здесь не обеспечивает нам необходимых ресурсов для эффективной работы. Мы постоянно отстаем от сроков и еще и понимаем, что не можем достичь определенных результатов из-за отсутствия оборудования и программного обеспечения. Я устал работать под непрекращающимся давлением и стрессом. Корпоративная культура здесь токсичная, нет доверия и командного духа. Отсутствие рабочего баланса – это второе имя нашего отдела. Нам не дают возможности вырваться из рутинной работы и расслабиться. Я разочарован, уставший и чувствую себя полностью недооцененным.
