Wannabe Recruitment is looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant for a global French skincare brand rooted in natural ingredients and eco-conscious beauty.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, curious and beauty junky team player of course who wants to grow in marketing and contribute to the success of a premium, purpose-driven brand.
What You'll Be Doing:
Global Coordination: Supporting communication with HQ in France to ensure timely delivery and localization of marketing assets.
Agency Coordination: Working with creative agencies to adapt visuals for online and offline campaigns (POSM, digital banners, client days, etc.).
Retail Marketing: Supporting timely placement of campaign materials and retail integrations, following the marketing calendar together with the Marketing Manager.
POSM Management: Tracking the proper installation of promotional materials in stores and coordinating display updates.
Client Day Logistics: Managing the schedule for equipment deliveries for in-store events.
Campaign Monitoring: Ensuring timely launches of activations and collecting materials for reporting.
Internal Distribution: Sending marketing tools to regional teams and managing retailer requests (e.g., new launches, gifting units, etc.).
Planogram Management: Updating planograms in IWD software, based on approved layouts.
Merchandising Control: Overseeing merchandising quality and compliance across points of sale.
Retail Equipment Support: Coordinating with retail teams on POSM updates and in-store branding.
Product Stock Coordination: Managing free product stock for marketing and sales team needs (incentives, contests, gifting).
Monthly Planning: Distributing materials according to the yearly forecast and monthly retail needs.
Reporting & Admin: Preparing internal reports and helping with documentation for accounting.
Marketing Projects: Assisting the Marketing Manager with launches, brand collaborations, and marketing presentations.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or retail coordination, ideally within the FMCG or beauty industry
✔️ Intermediate or higher English level – must be confident in written communication with global teams; spoken English is a strong plus
✔️ Experience working with external vendors or creative agencies (briefing, follow-ups, reviewing creatives)
✔️ Solid understanding of in-store marketing mechanics (POSM, merchandising standards, retail activations)
✔️ Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track deadlines, and handle logistics efficiently
✔️ Basic familiarity with planogram software (like IWD or similar) is a plus
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✔️ A genuine interest in the beauty industry, marketing trends, and visual storytelling
