Sports Esports Marketing Specialist (Media Buyer, Affiliate, User Acquisition) . Remote work format (удаленный формат работы)
PURPOSE:
To establish, maintain, and improve business relationships with Sports betting & Esports betting traffic source partners. Responsible for recruiting and retaining affiliates and partners, tracking acquisition from affiliate sites, and managing the revenue reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Finds and onboards potential partners of traffic acquisition including new affiliates and other types of traffic source partners.
- Analyses campaign performance of different traffic sources, and scales different partners to maximise revenues.
- Identifies areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.).
- Identifies new content and paid media placement opportunities.
- Responds to partner requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides weekly and monthly reporting.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years work experience in media buying/affiliate marketing/digital marketing/user acquisition in the field of Sports/Esports
- Understanding of Sports and Esports betting traffic sources with some established relationships
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent professional analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of English at the intermediate level and above.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals
