ПодробнееVFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for a Sales Manager for Value Added Services in Visa application centers within Belarus.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and management of sales of all Value-Added Services Deliverables/ activities in Visa application centers within Belarus
- Roll out of all Value-Added Services initiatives & projects and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Define monthly, quarterly & annual targets & ensure achievement of set revenue targets; address teams that are not achieving.
- Motivation and development the sales support team members
- Personal & professional development of sales team by providing for necessary trainings.
- Development innovative strategies to promote sales to increase sales/revenue.
- Monitoring day to day sales activities and conduct surprise audits at the Visa application centers on a regular basis; create a dashboard to show daily progress.
- Development and updating of the Value-Added Services Policy, control over the implementation of this policy and compliance.
- Have innovative ways to track their achievements with regular documented feedbacks.
- Create new punchlines for creating a positive impact on the customers and therefore making sales easily.
- Making reports related to Value-Added Services sales.
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Management experience in Sales
- 3 years' experience in Sales Services in a managerial role
- Perfect communication & negotiation skills

- Upper-Intermediate in English is a must.
