And now we are hiring a Recruitment Manager.

We are looking for the candidate who:

• Has C1/C2 level of English (! Highly important)
• Is very empathetic and loves to understand the psychology of people
• Loves to communicate with different kinds of people
• Is flexible and positive
• Loves organization in everything (because we do love) and doesn’t miss the deadlines
• Is very polite to others
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to do thorough research and to present it in a brief well-structured manner
• Very cool, but not necessary if you have experience or education in one of these fields: recruitment, HR, psychology, marketing
• Is able to work independently and has strong self-management skills

Main responsibilities:

• Doing the market research to analyze the employment market, define the salary ranges for the profiles of the positions
• Communication with the candidates: interviews with the candidates, chats, checking their English skills, interviewing their references
• Creating a list of interviews questions for every candidate
• Writing the job descriptions for job postings
• Writing blog posts about recruitment and improving our SEO
• Assisting with different digital marketing tasks for the director of the company
