ПодробнееOur Client a multinational FMCG is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator
Reports to Product Marketing Manager
Department: Product Marketing (new products launches and adaptation)
SUMMARY
To coordinate new products projects, including hero product Formula 1 protein shake upgrade, in 11 RSM countries and support product development process based on the approved region’s strategy, objectives, needs and specifics, that includes work in Agile project system, preparation of marketing claims, packaging artworks and labels, market and competitor analysis, product research, performance review and analysis.
COMMUNICATION
- Full involvement in internal cross functional communication across all departments
- Externally: Company Experts, agencies (marketing, medical writing etc),Medical Key Opinion Leaders, Research institutions.
- Contribution to and coordination of development of New products, creative and scientific content
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market analysis and reporting: Direct Sales Industry, Functional Food and Meal replacements and providing management with competitive monitoring & pricing analysis on ad hoc basis
- Coordination of new product development process, including: 1) Product sensory profile creation through sensory reasearch and in line with key benchmarks 2) Local claims document creation and alignment 3) Labels design artwork creation and implemention with the support from Licensing team 4) Coordinate forecasting and pricing tasks for Formula 1 harmonization project
- Coordination of product launches through 360 launch support plans development and execution to post launch analysis and support activities development.
- Management of Member communication and support Member product activation projects
- 3-d party service providers management (agencies, design, print & production houses, etc) ensuring high quality of deliverables at optimal cost.
- To meet and support Standard Operational Procedures and interact with all departments and COMPANY offices to ensure implementation and understanding of corporate marketing strategies and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years relevant experience (marketing, product, brand/category management, trade marketing) in a Western company
- Experience in either FMCG, service marketing, direct selling, pharmaceutical or infant nutrition company is a plus
- University degree in Economics or Marketing
- Fluent English language as a must
- Interest in functional nutririon and wellness
- Excellent communication, networking skills, negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer orientation
- Effective team player, experience of working with diverse teams (cross-functional, cross-national and cross cultural)
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volume of information
