PPC Specialist (Affiliate Program)

Now we’re looking for a PPC Specialist (Affiliate Program).

As a PPC specialist for our affiliate program, you will play a key role in driving qualified lead (partner) generation to our Dating Group affiliate program (datinggroup.io). You will have full ownership of managing PPC, Display, SEO, Content, and Social Media channels, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads for the Affiliate Program:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google ads, Youtube, Meta ads (Facebook ads), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads

• Email Marketing

• A/B testing of creatives

• Producing photo and video creatives

• Conducting QBR sessions

• Implement a content marketing strategy that will attract partners

• Provide presence on forums and offerwalls

• Affiliate website SEO optimization

• Analyze channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROI, and improve performance through reporting & analytics

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PPC specialist

• Hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics

• English B2 + (for content marketing, ad campaigns in English, and communication with our English-speaking colleagues)

• Ability to lead a project from inception to completion and analysis

• Resource management, spending budgets planning, and management experience

• Google AdWords and Analytics certified (nice to have)

• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation

• Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data and affiliate program website statistics
