Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager
– Experience managing a marketing project from scratch, including developing a strategy, optimizing processes, defining priorities, setting goals and deadlines, interacting with a cross-functional team, etc.
– Experience with Google Analytics
– Previous experience working within marketing channels (Adwords, Bing and etc.)
– Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
– Basic knowledge of SEO principles/terminology
– Communication skills, ability to manage a team
– Experience with CRO
What will you do
– Manage marketing projects from their launch to completion
– Develop and implement a marketing strategy
– Build and optimize a marketing team to increase management efficiency and inter-team cooperation
– Coordinate and allocate resources necessary for the project's success
– Manage and minimize project risks
– Assess project performance using appropriate tools
– Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
– Collaborate closely with all the stakeholders (managers, developers, testers, etc.)
– Work with the team daily and motivate them to achieve the targets set
