Run Influencer Marketing activities according to the company's strategy and goals.

Search for awesome bloggers to team up with in Southeast Asia, Africa and LatAm (on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any other platform you think applicable in targeted location).

Handle negotiations with bloggers and agencies from start to finish. This role is all about negotiation skills!

Manage a team of 6 local influencer managers – they dig and mine – you search for a diamond.

Build long-term relationships with partners in priority regions and keeping them happy.

Deal with all the paperwork for collaborations (contracts, payments).

Work with internal teams (lawyers, SMM, PR, analytics, etc.).

Coordinate Influencer Marketing launches, including timelines, content planning, and tracking results.

Analyse how well posts are doing: estimating metrics, gathering stats, and putting together reports.

Work with the Legal team and keeping an eye on bloggers' content to make sure it meets the brief and legal standards of the precise country.

Keep up with trends in the Influencer industry, checking out what competitors are up to, and making recommendations.

"Out of the box" thinking: suggesting new formats and ideas for collaboration with influencers.

Have proven experience in Influencer Marketing (including with international bloggers) for at least 2 years.

Have experience handling everything with bloggers (from negotiations to paperwork, managing content production/publication, and analytics).

Have experience with creating own influencer from the scratch will be a plus.

Have advanced level of English (B2 or higher).

Know the ins and outs of Influencer Marketing: working with analytics, key metrics, tracking the effectiveness of blogger integrations, staying updated on trends, familiar with IM platforms and tools.

Have high expertise in social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok: knows the features, integration formats, algorithm specifics, etc.

Have advanced Excel/Google Spreadsheets skills, experience with Google Analytics.

Are detail-oriented, proactive, good at handling a lot of data.

Are friendly, customer-focused, and skilled at resolving conflicts.

Educational courses in Russia and abroad, onboarding meetings for understanding highly specialized topics, and participation in journal clubs.

Ability to influence results and processes.
