ПодробнееWhat you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify and research relevant influencers across various platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube, etc.) to establish partnerships that align with our brand values and target market.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, managing communication, and ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including compensation, content deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, while staying within budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, content, and creative teams, to develop campaign briefs and provide guidance on influencer content creation.
- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, including content approvals, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal regulations.
- Track and analyse campaign metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for collaborations with influencers that can give us a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with influencers for brand events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring their participation aligns with our marketing objectives.
- Identify and manage potential risks and challenges associated with influencer partnerships and provide proactive solutions.
- Monitor and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
What you'll need:
- Experience within the Financial industry will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as an Influencer Manager, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and guidelines related to influencer marketing.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and the influencer landscape.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically to achieve marketing goals.
