Head of Advertising (remote)

We are the team of the top fitness blogger Katya Medushkina. We have several projects: weight loss programs, workouts, nutrition school, SMM business training. We are working in the international market, and we are growing fast. At the moment we are looking for an outstanding candidate for the full-time position of Head of Advertising.

Main responsibilities include:

• Form and implement the company's advertising strategy

• Be fully responsible for the result of the work of the Advertising Department

• Organize, direct and control the work of the department (a team of specialists in SMM advertising)

• Search for channels to attract / increase traffic

• To monitor the quality of work of the Advertising Department

• Interact with other departments and divisions of the company

Requirements for the candidate

• Work experience as the Head of Advertising in the sphere of infobusiness for at least 2 years;

• Experience in conducting advertising campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness is required;

• Ability to set up targeted advertising

• Skills in working with GoogleAnalytics, Yandex.Metrica and social media monitoring systems

• Knowledge of the features and limitations of advertising in social networks

• Experience in management of a remote team

• Russian-speaking

• Responsibility, honesty, attentiveness and punctuality

• Ability and willingness to work within short time limits
