GTM Manager Freight

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver user base exceeds 150M users in more than 614 cities in 47 countries. We are the worldwide top-2 ride-hailing app by number of application downloads.

inDrive.Freight — a rapidly developing business inside inDrive, which is now active in 23 countries and more to come. It is used both for private and business freight deliveries, especially by small and micro businesses which don’t have their own fleet or a permanent freight service partner. We have our mobile and web products available.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our GTM (Go To Market) team for the inDrive.Freight vertical. This is a full-time position for a candidate who has experience in digital consumer marketing, B2B marketing, and performance and brand marketing.

What you will do:

• Developing and driving marketing campaigns;

• Analyzing effectiveness of marketing activities;

• Performing market and audience research;

• Take leadership roles in the projects and collaborate with a cross-functional team (Business Development, Product, Research, Media, Finance, Creative Lab, Digital, PR and others), as well as vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company;

• Strong data and analytical skills;

• Upper intermediate or higher English language level;

• Experience in B2B marketing, performance and brand marketing;

• Experience of working with a mobile product;

• Track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a very fast moving environment;

• Strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign planning and execution;

• Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness;

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
