We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Lead, who will be responsible for the Travelpass product organizations and engineering as well as driving technology and business strategy at fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the strategy for technology platforms, processes, software design and product development
· Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
· Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets and business needs
· Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
· Oversee system design and changes in system architecture
· Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and deliver new products and enhancements
· Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings
· People management and hiring decisions making
· Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
Requirements:
· Previous working experience as Tech Lead/CTO or Senior/Lead Developer or Lead of Engineering for 4+ years
· Experience to lead a team of 5+ people. Distributed team among different geo locations would be considered as an advantage
· Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of web systems architecture, design, and development PHP or NodeJS (TypeScript)
· Understanding of networking, server-side, Linux
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
· Attention to details Multitasking go-getter
