Coordinator – HR Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR query management;
- Contract documentation in CLM/ALM;
- Payments workflow in iHub;
- Sending out individual/group letters with certificates to winners;
- '"Exit interview" file fulfillment;
- Communications and approval of presents with purchasing;
- Sending out individual award (obelisk, pins) to winners;
- Support/provide info for Job Description (legal requirements);
- Check the status of Policy acknowledgment;
- Preparation of territory orders.
EDUCATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Post-graduation with specialization in Human Resources would be a plus;
- Relevant experience in HR at least 1 year;
- Good understanding of Dr. Reddy’s org structure and overall system & processes (for internal announcement);
- Tenure in Dr. Reddy’s: 1 year + (for internal announcement)
