Direct report to Marketing Director

The mission

Marketing Team is looking for energetic Consumer Insights Manager (Both Analytical and Ad Hoc specialist) with good experience and entrepreneurial mindset, with good understanding of consumers and dedication on strategy to lead brand and cross-category research, to drive new concepts of consumer research in cheese category

The Role

  • To provide Strategic Consumer Insights: become a true business partner by providing strategic insights based on an independent, holistic consumer understanding that will drive business growth;
  • Proactively develop a deeper understanding of consumers and drive the future company direction;
  • To collect, analyze and report customer experience data.
  • To ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity, timely delivery of highly accurate data (e.g. market shares) that allow company to make sound business decisions;
  • To maintain consumer database, regularly monitor consumer behaviors, establish regular performance tracking and analytics;
  • To analyze market and consumer trends and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis;
  • To contribute to strategic and annual brand plans development and their execution via leading assigned work streams;
  • To lead U&A research project;
  • To lead also Nelsen analysis, use Rosstat and Euromonitor data to project markets’ / product / brands development
  • Preparation to the strategic session in terms of market trends and sit review by brands
  • Monthly Brand performance analysis based on the Nielsen and internal data
  • Work with consumer and shopper’s studies (GFK)
  • Analytic of chains development and analysis of chains internal data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, agencies, finance, Global Category) to develop insight led and strategically relevant actions/communication that drive brand health and category growth in the market;
  • Manage agency briefing, concept development and execution for the consumer insight activities;
  • Develop and execute campaigns according to Marketing calendar (short-term & long-term);
  • To manage budget (incl. preparation) and regular updates.
  • To process applicable documentation, payments, contracts.

The Candidate

  • Higher education in Marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role in FMCG
  • Active user MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Nielsen Answer is a must)
  • Experience in market research (qual or (and) quant)
  • Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
  • Strong project management skills and ownership
  • Good communication and presentation skills, possibility to build networking on the distant work
  • Business oriented, ability to see the big picture, structured thinking and communication
  • Balance of strategic and tactical mindset
  • Open minded with innovative approach in doing things
  • Willingness to take on challenges
  • English
