Быть младшим специалистом в отделе маркетинга – это настоящий кошмар. Корпоративная культура в этой компании просто токсична. Руководство использует унизительные методы мотивации и подавления – мы постоянно критикуем, подвергаемся унижениям и принуждаемым рабочим условиям. Это вызывает у меня постоянное раздражение и стресс, поскольку я понимаю, что мои достижения и работа никогда не будут достаточно оценены.
Вывод – если вы хотите избежать постоянного разочарования и усталости, то не рекомендую вам работать в этой компании. Здесь плохое руководство и нехватка ресурсов гарантированы.
Кроме того, я также сталкиваюсь с дискриминацией в отношении – учитывая, что я молодой специалист, не имеющий большого опыта, меня регулярно перекрывают и игнорируют. Мои идеи и предложения не принимаются во внимание, а задачи, которые от меня требуются, часто не соответствуют моей должности и компетенциям. Я чувствую себя полностью незначимым и недооцененным, и это вызывает у меня глубокое разочарование и чувство несправедливости.
