Проблемы: Плохое руководство, дискриминация, отсутствие рабочего баланса, недостаточная обратная связь от руководства
В общем и целом, моя работа здесь превратилась в большое разочарование. Я не ощущаю поддержки и оценки своего труда со стороны компании, что вызывает у меня усталость и апатию. Хотелось бы надеяться на изменения в лучшую сторону, но пока что ситуация кажется безвыходной.
Также стоит отметить, что чрезмерная рабочая нагрузка в этой компании просто невыносима. Я ощущаю постоянное давление и стресс от многочасовых переработок, безвыходных сроков и нехватки времени на выполнение всех задач. Постоянно чувствую себя уставшим и измотанным, что сказывается на моем эмоциональном состоянии и может сказаться на моей продуктивности в долгосрочной перспективе.
