Having just entered the world of IT, I was excited to join this company and contribute my skills to a dynamic and innovative team. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
To begin with, the IT department lacks proper leadership and direction. There is a severe lack of communication and coordination, resulting in a chaotic and unorganized work environment. The absence of clear goals and priorities has made it difficult to focus on meaningful tasks, leading to a sense of confusion and inefficiency.
In summary, the toxic work culture, the lack of work-life balance, the absence of career growth opportunities, and the discrimination I have experienced in the Human Resources department have left me feeling disillusioned and undervalued. It is disheartening to dedicate myself to a role that fails to prioritize the well-being and growth of its employees.
